Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site
role for a
Marketing Leader
at
MedNeuro International Clinic
, located in the
Hanoi Capital Region
.

The Marketing Leader will be responsible for leading the overall marketing and branding strategy of MedNeuro, ensuring consistent communication of the brand's values and mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing
    integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
    (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Zalo, etc.).
  • Conducting
    market research
    and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Managing
    marketing budgets
    , campaign performance, and ROI metrics.
  • Overseeing brand communication, customer engagement, and public relations.
  • Collaborating closely with doctors, specialists, and internal departments to deliver meaningful health messages to the community.
  • Ensuring
    brand consistency
    across all channels and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in a
    Marketing Leader
    or similar position.
  • Strong
    communication, creativity, and customer-centric
    mindset.
  • Proven experience in
    Market Research
    ,
    Brand Strategy
    , or
    Sales coordination
    .
  • Excellent
    organizational and project management
    skills.
  • Ability to work
    both independently and collaboratively
    in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in
    Healthcare
    ,
    Education
    , or
    Start-up
    sectors is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in
    English
    (spoken and written) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
