Position Overview:

The
Account Manager
represents the company in working with partners and clients, providing complete and tailored solutions to each partner and customer to increase the company's revenue and profitability.

This role is directly responsible for maintaining and developing the Business Development (BD) Team's customer base at the Clinic, driving sales performance through BD promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand partnership networks to attract new customers through collaboration programs.
  • Participate in consulting and closing deals with potential clients.
  • Take responsibility for implementing BD Team's sales promotion, business development, and customer acquisition programs at the Clinic.
  • Propose business development initiatives to increase Clinic revenue.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to execute and monitor BD Team's business development and partnership programs, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Plan and expand customer sources primarily through direct mail, remote marketing, participation in networking events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Respond to and follow up on cooperation and business development inquiries via letters, calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers/partners by providing dedicated support according to plan.
  • Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and identify new potential clients.
  • Resolve customer/partner issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Report to management on customer/partner needs, issues, feedback, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for new business or services.
  • Stay updated with new applications and trends in marketing and promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and qualify potential customer lists from Marketing campaigns for sales follow-up.
  • Make calls/emails to introduce the company and its products/services to potential clients and partners.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to offer suitable service solutions.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market.
  • Report sales progress and results to the Head of Business Development weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong network of business partners and clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving goals.
  • Ability to find effective solutions in challenging situations.
  • Honest, decisive, and willing to travel or work overtime when required.
  • Confident and capable of working effectively with senior leadership.
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly creative.
