General Qualifications
To be assigned to R&D engine production and engine projects within Baykar Technologies;

  • Graduated from relevant Engineering Faculties (preferably Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering),
  • Knowledgeable about project management processes (PMI methodology), including scope, budget, resource, and schedule management,
  • Experienced in project management processes, particularly in scope, budget, resource, and schedule control,
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in project management,
  • Preferably holding a PMP or equivalent project management certification,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and familiar with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.),
  • Preferably experienced in ERP systems,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills,
  • Able to adapt to an intense workload and dynamic working environment.

Job Description

  • Support project managers in planning project scope, budget, and schedule,
  • Monitor project activities, track implementation, and report actual progress,
  • Take responsibility in resource, cost, and budget management processes,
  • Maintain effective communication with relevant teams, suppliers, and stakeholders,
  • Prepare project progress reports and present them to management,
  • Coordinate subcontractors and business partners to ensure efficient process execution,
  • Take an active role in risk and issue management processes,
  • Develop improvement proposals to increase the efficiency of project management processes,
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and project records to ensure audit readiness.
