*General Qualifications*

• Graduate of Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related university programs.
• Knowledge of static, dynamic, vibration, strength, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, finite‑element methods, and composite materials.
• Experience with finite‑element software and tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, Abaqus, COMSOL Multiphysics, Simcenter, etc.).
• Ability to provide systematic and consistent solutions for complex analysis processes.
• Proficient in English at a good level.
• Capable of working efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
• Able to adapt to a high‑pace, dynamic work environment

Structural Analysis Engineer
*Job Description*

• Create the required finite‑element model,
• Perform finite‑element analysis to evaluate the strength and durability of sub‑components and the entire aircraft structure,
• Select appropriate fasteners and carry out load‑capacity calculations,
• Document analysis and test results to support certification processes as required,
• Collaborate with test teams to define test procedures and methods for the parts under analysis,
• Develop and validate structural analysis and testing procedures,
• Conduct analysis and optimization studies for composite parts and generate lay‑up schedules,
• Continuously research the latest finite‑element analysis software and solution techniques to improve analytical capabilities.

*Preferred Qualifications*

• Experience in strain/structural analysis,
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a related field,
• Knowledge of flight mechanics and flight loads,
• Familiarity with airworthiness and military standards,
• Understanding of aircraft structural certification processes,
• Experience with composite material properties and analysis procedures,
• Proficiency in at least one scientific programming language,
• Ability to perform theoretical calculations for structural analysis solutions.

Dynamic Analysis Engineer
*Job Description*

• Perform dynamic analysis of the structural components of the relevant aircraft in accordance with standards and specified requirements,
• Develop and validate dynamic analysis and testing procedures,
• Document analysis and test results to support certification processes as required,
• Conduct strength and durability assessments of sub‑components and the complete aircraft model using Finite‑Element Analysis,
• Coordinate with other teams during the analysis process to ensure all project requirements are fully met,
• Stay up‑todate on new dynamic analysis methods, measurement technologies, and software tools; participate in training and knowledge‑sharing activities,
• Based on analysis findings, propose improvements to structural designs, including material selection, geometric optimization, and damping strategies.

*Preferred Qualifications*

• Experience with analysis software such as ANSYS LS‑DYNA, LS‑PrePost, HyperMesh, etc.,
• A master's degree or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: impact, drop, explosion, vibration, shock, or ballistics.
• Knowledge of airworthiness and military standards,
• Familiarity with aircraft structural certification processes,
• Experience with composite material properties and related analysis procedures,
• Proficiency in at least one scientific programming language,
• Ability to perform theoretical calculations for dynamic‑analysis solutions.

Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer
*Job Description*

• Perform strength and durability assessments of sub‑components and the complete aircraft model using Finite‑Element Analysis,
• Prepare load spectra, conduct cycle counting, and carry out analyses according to mission profiles,
• Determine the service life of the aircraft and establish maintenance intervals,
• Develop and validate fatigue analysis and testing procedures,
• Document analysis and test results to demonstrate compliance with certification requirements,
• Collaborate with structural design, materials, and manufacturing teams to implement design improvements,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fatigue‑analysis methodologies and simulation processes.

• Experience in fatigue and fracture mechanics,
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field,
• Knowledge of flight mechanics and flight loads,
• Proficiency in analytical hand‑calculations for structural and fatigue assessments,
• Familiarity with airworthiness and military standards,
• Understanding of aircraft structural certification processes,
• Experience with aerospace materials and their analysis procedures,
• Proficiency in at least one scientific programming language.

Thermal Analysis Engineer (Avionics Design)
*Job Description*

• Develop thermal‑analysis models and run simulations for avionics enclosures, RF modules, and power cards,
• Perform forced and natural convection as well as radiation analyses in CFD environments,
• Validate thermal simulations with test data and manage calibration processes,
• Create 3‑D/2‑D fluid‑flow and heat‑distribution models for liquid‑cooling systems, hydraulic pumps, valves, and manifold assemblies,
• Calculate pressure drops, flow balances, and heat‑transfer rates for liquid‑cooled lines and heat exchangers,
• Accurately model and report thermal conductivity, contact resistance, and emissivity effects,
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to optimize cooling strategies,
• When required, analyze interactions between vibration, EMI/EMC, and thermal performance.

*Preferred Qualifications*

• Ability to translate thermal‑analysis results directly into design decisions and system optimization (strong engineering vision),
• Capability to integrate mechanical, electronic, and thermal disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions,
• Experience with at least one of the following tools: ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Icepak, COMSOL Multiphysics, Simcenter, or similar,
• Proficiency in preparing clear, complete reports, test procedures, and design documentation,
• Skill in accurately assessing the thermal impact of part geometries and material selections,
• Practical knowledge that enables rapid project adaptation and efficient contribution,
• Expertise in heat‑transfer, propagation, and equilibrium calculations; adept at managing modeling and simulation workflows,
• Familiarity with the thermal characteristics of active and passive components, and ability to predict heat generation and cooling requirements reliably.
