Role Objective

Provide administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations and assist management with scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is
organized, proactive, detail-oriented

Vietnamese and English

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage office operations, including stationery, equipment, and document control.
  • Support basic accounting tasks (invoices, payments, expense tracking).
  • Arrange and follow up on schedules, meetings, and business trips.
  • Act as a point of contact with suppliers and service providers.

Personal Assistance

  • Support management with scheduling, reminders, and meeting preparation.
  • Draft and respond to emails, reports, and presentations in English.
  • Assist with event organization, internal meetings, and coordination tasks.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • College or university degree in
    Administration, Business, English, or related fields
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in an
    Admin / Assistant / Coordinator
    role.
  • Good command of
    English (written and spoken)
    .
  • Excellent
    organization, time management, and communication
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office or Google Workspace
    .
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet when handling information.
