Job Description
Overview of the Role
The Retail Operational Readiness Officer is tasked with Parameter Maintenance and User Support. He/she should also be deployed for tasks in Functional Management and User Testing on task assignment.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as centralized production parameter maintenance of retail application systems for UOBV
- Support system-ownership related admin tasks, including CardLinK access matrix update; Serve as joint custodian of system security keys and passwords, i.e. cryptographic keys
- Provide support on key custodian activities, including token, file upload, key and password renewal and pin pad key injections
- Participate actively in issue investigation, rectification and recovery of production incidences with GBT, business & operational users and touchpoints to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Work with operational users to build/enhance processing tools to automate processing steps and/or enhance processing control as required
- Provide user support on UAT data creation and functional related queries.
- Participate to execute test cases in UAT projects as needed
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of banking operations experience
- Good understanding of banking products, including casa, deposit, cards
- Competent with MS Office, especially Excel
- Able to use English language effectively
- Attentive to details
- Able to work with VBA is a plus
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
