  • Conduct Level-2 post-audit quality assessments at Service Workshops and Distributors to verify compliance with VinFast's procedures, regulations, technical standards, and service quality requirements.
  • Analyze audit results to identify non-conformities, performance gaps, systemic issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop corrective action plans and improvement programs based on assessment findings, ensuring clear timelines, measurable outcomes, and alignment with VinFast's quality objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Operations, Technical, Warranty, and Distributor Management teams to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement plans, providing follow-up assessments where necessary.
  • Lead training, coaching, and quality-awareness activities to elevate compliance and quality culture across the service network.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, quality dashboards, and management reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of VinFast quality standards, audit frameworks, and assessment methodologies.

  • Ensure all audit activities comply with internal governance, transparency, and objectivity requirements.
    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality management, service operations, or audit roles within automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service processes, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to analyze technical information and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams or large cross-functional projects.

  • Ability to travel frequently to service locations and distributors across Vietnam.
