Customer care:
Daily phone calls to the clients and make a report to sale/manager/agents
- Attending at the hotel for greeting clients and offering welcome gifts
- Keep in touch with the clients during their tours until they reach home safely.
- Make periodical report to manager board
- Participate in complaint handling process for clients
Support the clients in case of any problem on tours such as health issue, etc…
Quality control
Collect all the main issues via the daily phone calls and Tour remarks to have an overview assess about suppliers as well as company's services.
- Coordinate with other teams to share information and exchange experience for smooth services control.
