We are seeking a dynamic QC Inspector in Hanoi / Bac Ninh / Hai Phong / Bac Giang, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct on-site inspections at factories or warehouses according to inspection standards (AQL, client requirements, etc.). Main products are: EEs ( e.g TV, Fridge, Radios, Lightings, cables, wires, mobile phones, etc.)


• Verify product quality, quantity, workmanship, labeling, packaging, and other compliance criteria.


• Prepare detailed inspection reports (including photos and findings) and submit them within the same day.


• Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and internal QA team to resolve quality issues.


• Ensure honesty, independence, and accuracy in all inspections.

Requirements


• College or University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, or related fields.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC / QA / Inspection / Production.


• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.


• Basic English reading & writing skills (for report preparation).


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.


• Priority given to candidates with experience in 3rd party inspection companies or manufacturing QC.
