Objective:
Support the sales team by building a high-quality B2B lead pipeline through advanced outbound strategies, automation tools, and cold outreach.

1. Key Responsibilities

1.1. B2B Lead Generation

  • Use tools such as
    Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
    , etc., to:
  • Identify potential leads based on pre-defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Collect enriched contact information including name, email, title, company, industry, size, etc.
  • Tag, segment, and prioritize leads by industry, job role, and conversion potential.

1.2. Email Marketing Automation

  • Set up and manage automated
    cold email sequences
    using tools like:
  • Mailchimp, Mautic, HubSpot…
    or similar platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing, monitor key metrics (open, click, reply rates), and analyze performance.
  • Continuously optimize content based on feedback and engagement data.

1.3. Cold Calling

  • Create and refine cold calling scripts tailored to specific industries and buyer personas.
  • Call prospects to verify information, introduce the value proposition, and book meetings for the main sales team.
  • Record call outcomes and maintain updated notes and activities in a CRM (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive).

2. Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telesales.
  • Proficient with at least one lead sourcing tool (e.g., Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Solid understanding of cold outreach frameworks and ICP research.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Good English proficiency – capable of communicating with foreign managers and prospects.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Comfortable working with KPIs.

3. Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in SaaS, AI, or technology sectors is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced agencies.
  • Comfortable handling multiple outreach campaigns at the same time.

4. Expected Outcomes (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated weekly.
  • Email campaign performance (open, click, reply, conversion rates).
  • Number of qualified appointments scheduled for the sales team.
