Job Description

  • Research, develop, and propose business development strategies.

  • Identify potential projects and establish relationships with contractors, investors, and construction companies.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with project stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Report business performance and project development progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the steel or construction industry.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Proven experience in developing and managing project-based customers.

  • Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
