Mission Statement
The Project Engineer ensures execution of all projects in time, budget and scope, keeping in mind legal obligations, AL standards, quality and best practices. Reporting to the Project Manager he/she will focus on costs, communication and lead time of specific details within the project scope.
The Project Engineer ensures the implementation of the QHSE policy at the site and supervision contractor site work in compliance with quality and safety requirement.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
**Project Development**:

- Engages in project development by contributing to the creation of technical solutions, project cost estimation, and planning.

**Project Realization**:

- Oversees project execution in accordance with the ALV management system, IMS, and local customer regulations.
- Develops procurement specifications for equipment.
- Participates in the detailed design process.
- Creates a comprehensive execution schedule and plan.
- Monitors and assesses the risk management plan.
- Ensures the integration and validation of installations.
- Secures validation from the Design Authority or utilizes approved standard designs, defining utility interfaces and customer processes.
- Collaborates with EIS, IRMR, and other stakeholders.
- Orders and receives required components.
- Conducts project reviews in response to scope changes, informs stakeholders, and requests additional budget if necessary.
- Supervises daily site operations and interacts with contractors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Provides billing information.
- Organizes and prepares necessary meetings (with contractors or internal AL teams).
- Manages internal and external communications, monitors planning and budgeting, reports anomalies, ensures regulatory compliance, implements QA/QC standards, adheres to safety policies, tracks progress against plans, and maintains project documentation.

**Start-Up and Handover**:

- Oversees the start-up process or delegates responsibilities to qualified personnel in collaboration with the facility manager and SHE representative, including testing of pressure systems.
- Completes technical documentation and hands it over to operations.
- Finalizes the project for billing purposes.
- Supplies essential information to maintenance teams for implementing maintenance plans on invested equipment.
- Establishes a working budget for ongoing maintenance needs.
