We're looking for a Merchandise Manager who thinks like a curator, acts like a business owner, and brings strategy, customer trust, and commercial acumen into every product decision.

: You'll shape how discerning customers discover and connect with premium lifestyle products — blending vision, storytelling, and strategy into assortments that matter.


You'll own:

  • Define and execute category strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Build premium product assortments, pricing, and promotional plans that deliver sales, margin, and profitability
  • Monitor consumer trends, analyze performance data, and optimize categories for growth
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring assortments to life in-store and online
  • Lead and coach a team of Category Specialists/Analysts, building expertise and driving results

You're probably right for this if:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or Merchandising

5+ years' experience in merchandising, category management, or buying (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG preferred)

Proven success in assortment planning and P&L ownership

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Commercial + analytical mindset: data-driven, detail-oriented, results-focused

Customer-first and integrity-driven, with passion for wellness retail

Fluent in Vietnamese, Professional in English
