Sales
- Carry out selling tasks with designated clients and sales regions.
- Identify and create sales possibilities, and be responsible for fostering connections within designated sales territory.
- Establish and manage business relationships with key clients.
- Finish sales reports, account plans, and customer call reports promptly and accurately.
- On demand, offer product suggestions, samples, technical assistance, price, and service information.
- Work with other departments to make sure that the products and services are of a caliber to satisfy clients.
- Collaborate in projects to improve sales efficiency by identifying problems, coming up with solutions, and participating.
- Conduct an analysis, discover, and explore strategic options to boost sales and broaden the selection of goods that consumers buy.

Merchandising
- Manage the merchandising team effectively
- Working with customers on POs, Packing instruction, Shipping, Packing list, Invoices
- Following up the order and delivery deadlines
- Provide assistance in purchase order execution, sourcing materials
- Working closely with QC team to ensure quality/packing instruction and delivery time
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors
- Manage booking information and volume in advance and transport arrangement

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Business Management or Marketing
- At least 3 years of practical experience in sourcing and merchandising
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, planning, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good systems skills including Excel and Access
- Self-motivated, independent as well as being able to work as a team
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and be results driven
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Ability to travel frequently
