Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As an International Sales Manager (Coffee), you will be responsible for managing and expanding our
APAC Region
international sales operations. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products. Additionally, you will prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in international sales and client relationship management
- Understanding of coffee industry and market dynamics
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous
