Job Responsibility:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries and managing procurement through vendor coordination and sourcing from divisions or central warehouses. Support sales operations by planning inventory and logistics, ensuring efficient warehouse management aligned with ASEAN best practices.

Reporting to:
the Asean Supply Manager and in Singapore.

Salary Package:
Up to 21,000,000 VND gross per month (including allowances)

Primary description of job functions:

  1. Maintain and update Item Master data in JDE.
  2. Check stock, pricing, and delivery details for customer orders.
  3. Manage inventory at local and 3rd-party warehouses.
  4. Monitor order status and expedite shipments.
  5. Create purchase orders and order entries in JDE.
  6. Handle customer portals/SAP for order shipment.
  7. Prepare import/export documentation.
  8. Coordinate drop shipments and liaise with freight forwarders.
  9. Support Field Sales on stock codes, safety levels, and non-standard items.
  10. Manage customer claims in Siebel (quality, shortage, wrong item, etc.).
  11. Maintain complete inbound/outbound documentation for audit purposes.

Local Vendor Support


•
Source and onboard local suppliers for goods and services.


•
Maintain supplier master data and ensure compliance through annual reviews.

Inventory & Warehouse Support


•
Coordinate with Singapore team to manage regular stock items for Vietnam warehouse.


•
Monitor replenishment and ordering levels; align MOQ and box-break rules with Sales & Operations Manager.


•
Support implementation of 3PL, inventory, and warehouse policies in line with Parker Singapore best practices.

Logistics Support


•
Coordinate inward freight shipments and customs clearance with 3PL and freight forwarders.


•
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods from overseas to Vietnam.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or procurement.
  3. Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
  4. Good communication in English & Vietnamese; able to work across cultures.
  5. Proficient in JDE and EDI systems.
