Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Guest Service Agent at voco Hotels in Đà Nang. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Daily tasks include managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the brand's high standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in scheduling, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems, front desk operations, and concierge services
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Experience in hospitality or related customer service roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-focused certifications or degrees preferred
