The Receptionist will be required to greet and assist guests for their registration, make recommendations, advise related services, and bid farewell to guests.
- The Receptionist will act at all times in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Gallery’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
- If standing in a queue, an attempt to acknowledge the guest was made in a timely manner
- Warm welcome/greeting provided to the guests
- Good posture, smile, eye contact, and attentive listening maintained throughout the interaction
- Well-groomed and professional, wearing a uniform
- Uniform, name tag and Sheraton pride pin meets standard
- Guest name used during the experience, when known
- Further assistance offered to the guest
- Warm and sincere closing offered and appreciation demonstrated
- The overall experience met guest expectations and was free of negative detractors
