OVERVIEW

Our client is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, supporting businesses in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance. They are currently seeking Inspectors (Softlines / Hardlines) to perform on-site inspections and ensure products meet required standards and specifications.

  • Department: CRS - Consumer Goods & Retail
  • Report to: Inspection Manager/ Inspector Supervisor
  • Working location: District 3, HCMC

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inspections professionally and ethically, following Inspection Orders, SOPs, client instructions, and internal Quality Procedures.
  • Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely inspection reports (within 24 hours after inspection).
  • Review inspection orders, requirements, and instructions before performing the job.
  • Report progress and issues to the Supervisor/Manager on a daily basis or as required.
  • Prepare samples according to procedural requirements or manager direction.
  • Maintain and safeguard division equipment; report any malfunction or issues.
  • Provide guidance or training to new inspectors when assigned.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College or Bachelor degree in related fields.
  • 2–3 years of QA/QC experience (5+ years for Senior level).
  • Understanding of AQL.
  • Basic English communication skills (reading and understanding documents).
  • Ability to travel frequently; flexible working schedule (may include Saturdays/Sundays based on job volume).
