ROLE PURPOSE

QA/QC On-line will oversee all quality assurance activities at our Central Kitchen (CK) Line, playing a key role in ensuring that all products meet Marou's high standards for safety, consistency, and excellence. In this role, you will manage all QC activities in the CK Line, implement and enhance quality systems, work closely with production & NPD Team and training to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Operation Process Quality Control

  • Inspecting and monitoring quality of input materials, packaging, semi-finished products and FGs. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, QMS standards, regulations and laws.
  • Checking personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation following HACCP and pre-requisite procedure to ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene & food safety standards
  • Coordinate with cross function to handle process of handling non-conformities though conduct investigation, corrective action and preventive action, reporting results and verification of effectiveness.
  • Traceability of sub-records for traceability and handling of customer complaints.
  • Sampling for products and swab test following the sampling plan
  • Conduct Quality & Food safety training such as GMP, HACCP awareness, Food safety for production team.

Quality Foods Safety management system

  • Establishment, monitoring, improvement and development HACCP system, FSSC 22000, Halal, US FDA and EU requirements.
  • Coordinate with related Dept. (Purchasing WH, Sales & marketing, Production, Maint., …) to create procedures related to quality system.
  • Create, update and maintain specification for input materials, packaging and FGs and Self-declaration

Product Development

  • Coordinate with NPD, production team to validate the process flow for new products, conduct risk assessments and action for QFS compliance
  • Update, build HACCP plan and related records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Academic qualification: Bachelor of Food Technology/ Micro/ Chemistry
  • Leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and can work under high pressure
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Hard work and careful
  • English skills: reading and writing at a middle level and basic in communication
  • Working experience: At least 2 years.

PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge about Vietnam, EU and US FDA regulations
  • Familiarity and experience with GFSI standards.
