As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the HR team in executing recruitment activities, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support posting job ads on recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, ITviec, TopCV,...
  • Screen CVs based on hiring criteria and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Executive to shortlist candidates.
  • Contact candidates and arrange interview schedules via calls, messages, or emails.
  • Welcome candidates at the office and guide them during on-site interviews.
  • Update and maintain candidate data in the ATS/Google Sheets.
  • Assist in employer branding activities.
  • Support recruitment-related and HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good with MS Office, especially Excel, is a big plus.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, proactive, and energetic.

  • Good command of spoken and written English for working in an international environment.
