We're looking for a
Junior–Mid Internal Recruitment Consultant
who can own our recruitment process end-to-end — with a particular focus on
IT, engineering, and technical roles
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings positive energy, and enjoys being part of a modern, innovation-driven business.

When you're not actively recruiting, you'll help shape our company culture by organising team activities, supporting engagement initiatives, and keeping our internal environment fun and connected.

What You'll DoRecruitment (70%)

  • Manage the
    full recruitment lifecycle
    across technical and non-technical roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and talent gaps
  • Source proactively across multiple countries and platforms
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Contribute to employer branding and outreach initiatives

Culture & Engagement (30%)

  • Help shape and maintain a positive, energetic team culture
  • Support team-building, social activities, and internal events
  • Build relationships across the company and ensure new hires integrate smoothly
  • Assist in initiatives that support growth, wellbeing, and collaboration

What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of experience in agency recruitment
    (required)
  • Experience hiring
    IT / technical / engineering
    roles
  • Strong spoken and written English — comfortable communicating with global candidates
  • Experience recruiting across
    multiple countries
    (Asia, EU, ANZ, etc.) is a strong plus
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and a genuine love for connecting with people
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
  • Organisational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (nice to have)
  • Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience (nice to have)
