We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Senior Business Analyst for our Property Vertical, Nha Tot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, customer-oriented, data-driven and strong in project management.

The Business Analyst would be responsible for delivering business intelligence & user insights, planning & building new products, and managing projects to improve users' experience while meeting the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze market, competition landscape and user behaviors which involve user interviews, research and data deep-dive analysis.

• Analyze, segment and carry out the experiment to optimize users experience and improve users engagement.

• Prepare proposals and presentations, drive planning of new products and features given by market insights and data to enhance users' experience and foster company's revenue potential, manage stakeholders and available resources for projects.

• Work across teams to coordinate product planning, technical implementation and communication with users.

• Produce insightful dashboard given by data sources, monitor and report all metrics important to the business operation (buyers, sellers, advertisements, traffic, revenue, etc).

• Other ad-hoc duties & as assigned and paperwork.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.

• A candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field, with good scholastic records.

• Critical reasoning and logical thinking is a must

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, still able to infuse innovation with an open-minded approach.

• Self-motivation & strong project & stakeholder management.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Great work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.

• High level of competency in Excel & Powerpoint.

• Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.

• Strong command of English and Vietnamese language.

• Data mindset and SQL/ BigQuery are strong advantages.
