HV Holdings – Cross-border E-commerce Group

HV Holdings is expanding our digital ecosystem — new E-commerce platform, enterprise data warehouse, automation systems — and we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team.

If you're passionate about systems, data, and transforming business logic into scalable digital solutions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Developers to analyze requirements across E-commerce, Retail, CRM, ERP, and Logistics.
  • Build BRDs, FRDs, BPMN diagrams, data mapping sheets & lead requirement workshops.
  • Support multi-system integration & ensure data consistency across the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Align with DWH team to design meaningful KPIs, reports, and data pipelines.
  • Partner with QC/Dev during UAT to validate business logic before release.
  • Mentor junior BAs and act as SME in E-commerce/Retail domains.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of BA experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Digital Product.
  • Strong knowledge of order management, warehouse/inventory, CRM, and logistics workflows.
  • Solid documentation & process modeling skills (BPMN, BRD/FRD).
  • Experience with SQL/BI tools, data warehouse concepts & system integration.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency (documentation & communication).
