Thời gian làm việc: 8h30-17h30 (thứ hai- thứ sáu)

Địa điểm làm việc: 18 Ba Vì, Tân Bình

Mô tả công việc

  • Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các kế hoạch kinh doanh cá nhân
  • Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng qua các nền tảng số (MXH, group, Google Form...)
  • Phát triển khách hàng mới thông qua: Gọi điện, nhắn tin tư vấn dịch vụ, set up meeting
  • Tư vấn sơ bộ các dịch vụ của công ty
  • Chốt hợp đồng trực tiếp qua telesales
  • Chăm sóc & duy trì khách hàng: Gọi điện chăm sóc, nhắc lịch, gửi thông tin hỗ trợ
  • Xây dựng mối quan hệ tích cực với khách hàng để đảm bảo hiểu nhu cầu của họ một cách thấu đáo và đảm bảo mức độ hài lòng cao nhất
  • Đề xuất các ý tưởng, ý kiến nhằm hoàn thiện các sản phẩm dịch vụ cho cấp trên
  • Thu thập các thông tin thị trường và các đối thủ để có phương án kinh doanh phù hợp

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm sale dịch vụ, telesale từ 06 tháng trở lên.
  • Yêu thích sự thử thách, mong muốn nâng cao kỹ năng chuyên môn (thuyết trình / báo cáo / làm quy trình bán hàng/ bán hàng/…).
  • Gọn gàng, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, chỉn chu trong hình thức, kỷ luật
  • Kỹ năng đàm phán, tự tin giao tiếp với khách hàng.
