Mô tả công việc

  • Định hướng xây dựng chiến lược Marketing cho sản phẩm APTIS.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng, quản lý đa dạng các kênh marketing & : Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, TV, sự kiện,.....
  • Quản lý ngân sách marketing và tối ưu chi phí chuyển đổi và hiệu quả các kênh.
  • Khảo sát, nghiên cứu, đánh giá thị trường, đề xuất các dịch vụ, chương trình marketing phù hợp với từng giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm.
  • Sử dụng các công cụ đo lường, phân tích số liệu và bám sát kế hoạch đảm bảo thực hiện thành công kế hoạch đã đặt ra.
  • Xây dựng, huấn luyện & phát triển đội ngũ marketing.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận sản xuất, kinh doanh, thiết kế và vận hành nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm phù hợp nhu cầu thị trường.
  • Tổng hợp và báo cáo kết quả cho ban lãnh đạo và đề xuất các chiến lược mới.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm marketing trong lĩnh vực đào tạo Tiếng Anh (từng làm ở mô hình trung tâm hoặc công ty công nghệ giáo dục), 2 năm làm ở vị trí Manager.
  • Có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược marketing cho sản phẩm APTIS
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng chiến lược và điều hành đội ngũ marketing
  • Am hiểu các công cụ marketing, quảng cáo và phân tích dữ liệu.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, nắm bắt insight thị trường tốt.
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo đội nhóm và quản trị hiệu suất theo KPI.
  • Kỹ năng mềm: Giao tiếp, lãnh đạo, sáng tạo và khả năng làm việc nhóm.

  • Đạt mục tiêu doanh thu và tăng trưởng học viên theo kế hoạch năm.
  • Gia tăng đáng kể nhận diện thương hiệu Prep APTIS trên thị trường.
  • Xây dựng hệ thống kênh marketing ổn định, có thể mở rộng (scalable).
  • Duy trì chi phí chuyển đổi tối ưu và ROI dương cho toàn bộ chiến dịch.
  • Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ marketing nội bộ có năng lực cao, vận hành hiệu quả theo KPI.
