The Role

You'll be our first engineering hire. That means:

  • Building the core agent infrastructure from scratch
  • Owning integrations with SAP, Oracle, and BIM platforms
  • Designing LLM workflows that actually work in production
  • Making every architectural decision that matters
  • Shipping directly to customers and iterating based on what breaks

  • You've built and shipped real products (ideally at early startups, but not required)
  • You're actually interested in AI—like you've tried to build something with it, not just read the headlines
