We’re looking for a talented** Founding AI Engineer** based in Vietnam to join our growing AI team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Head of AI and a team of skilled engineers to design and build next-generation intelligent systems that serve millions of users across the region.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and ship production-grade machine learning models for high-impact use cases
- Contribute to model architecture, data pipeline design, and deployment strategies
- Collaborate across engineering, data, and product teams to drive AI initiatives
- Support the full ML lifecycle — from data preprocessing and model training to monitoring in production
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML, and contribute ideas to improve our systems and workflows
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with peers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world deployment experience
- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, from data preprocessing to model evaluation
- Experience working on applied AI use cases (e.g., recommendation systems, fraud detection, risk scoring, NLP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with regional teams
- Based in Vietnam with Remote working set up

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, Docker, or cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices (fairness, interpretability, model governance)
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Interest in building reusable ML components or internal tools
