Internal Communication & Engagement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal communication plans
    : Develop and implement internal communication plans to inform and engage employees on company initiatives and events.
  • Content creation and distribution
    : Create and distribute engaging content through various communication channels and collaborate with departments to align messages with company goals and culture.
  • Internal events
    : Organize internal events to promote employee engagement and wellbeing, while developing strategies to maintain the motivation of the sales team.
  • Communication tools and platforms
    : Manage internal communication tools and platforms, and conduct satisfaction surveys to assess and improve employee happiness and well-being.
  • Workplace well-being trends
    : Stay updated on workplace well-being trends and recommend innovative initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For
:

  • At least 3 year of experience in internal communication or related fields

Skills and Competencies:

  • Active listening
    : Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy towards employees.
  • Content creation
    : Skilled in creating compelling and audience-focused content with Canva and Capcut
  • Organizational and project management skills
    : Strong skills to plan and coordinate projects, events, and programs.
  • Internal communication tools:
    Good understanding of internal communication tools and platforms, as well as information technologies.
  • Well-being and mental health knowledge
    : Knowledge of the basic principles of wellbeing and mental health at work.
