About The Role
This position is to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope while meeting quality standards.

What You Will Do
In a context where we mix between Kanban and Scrum:

• Project & delivery management:

• You will be responsible for the planning, tracking, and delivery of the teams focusing on time & quality.

• You will report progress (on a regular basis) to all stakeholders and will ensure that scope changes, dependencies and risks are identified and managed (reported / tracked /acted on).
• You will report to our Head of Engineering and work in collaboration with our Global Product Manager and our Head of Technology
• You build with the team the releases' planning, the objectives, and the deliverables of the day / week / month based on the Product roadmap and the priorities
• You are in charge of executing the plan, managing the timelines, ensuring teams are all in sync, no team is waiting for another, and necessary meetings happen
• You monitor the progress and propose adjustments if necessary to stay on track on main priorities, involving upper managers soon enough especially when facing "blocking" issues or challenges
• You ensure that potential risks are identified and mitigated throughout the development lifecycle, making sure relevant people in the organization are involved

What You Will Need

• A degree in IT/Information Systems is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in software development is required.
• You have a Kanban certification or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• PMi-ACP or PMP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.
• Developer background is a plus
• Excellent English ability (writing, verbal) and able to communicate effectively at all levels (must be able to present to a group of stakeholders).
• Favourable traits include: proactivity, logic, self organization and team player.
• International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset
• Awareness on ISO:27001 standard
