Overview

We are a fast-growing home-use medical device company. Vietnam is a strategic growth market for us. We need a hands-on HRBP to establish core people operations while supporting business scale-up.

You will be the founding HR partner in Vietnam—owning talent acquisition, performance & rewards operations, employee relations, and day-to-day admin. You'll design processes compliant with the Vietnam Labor Code, partner closely with sales/operations leaders, and lay the groundwork for a scalable, data-driven HR function

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring (sales, marketing, service, back-office): JD, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding
  • Localize and run performance/KPI & variable pay processes; coordinate quarterly reviews, calibration, and sales incentive inputs.
  • Set up compliant HR policies per Vietnam Labor Code; manage contracts, social insurance, PIT, leave, and working time records.
  • Run payroll inputs & vendor management (ATS/HRIS, payroll/EOR, insurance, training); ensure timely, accurate, auditable data.
  • Drive employee relations and investigations with fair, documented outcomes; coach managers on feedback and performance.
  • Launch engagement & capability routines (1:1s, pulse, recognition; basic sales/product & manager training).
  • Support office/admin 0→1 setup (HCMC workspace, procurement, vendors); implement light HR tech and monthly dashboards.
  • Track people metrics (time-to-hire, acceptance, 90-day retention, payroll accuracy, review coverage) and report to regional leaders

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years HR generalist/HRBP experience with strong recruiting ownership; prior startup/0→1 or country launch preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll, social insurance, and PIT; proven ER/investigation experience.
  • Hands-on + strategic, data-driven, fluent in Vietnamese with strong English; stakeholder management with commercial teams.Experience supporting field sales incentives in medical devices
