  • Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists to transform prototypes into reliable, high-performance AI systems.
  • Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Integrate AI components into backend services, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
  • Implement scalable MLOps workflows CI/CD for ML, model versioning, automated testing).
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and resource usage for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and feature pipelines.
  • Monitor model behavior in production to detect drifts, failures, or degradation.
  • Document system designs, experiments, and operational best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in ML engineering, LLM systems, and AI infrastructure.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role
    , minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience deploying ML models to production (containerization, APIs, batch/real-time inference).
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar).
  • Understanding of model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML workloads.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
  • Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • English: fluent
