Job description
  • Collaborate with Senior AI engineers and experts to design, develop, and integrate AI solutions for large-scale systems.
  • Research and apply techniques such as LLMs, reasoning, planning, and orchestration to build intelligent and flexible workflows.
  • Transform existing AI/ML models (Generative AI, NLP, Recommendation, etc.) into autonomous and goal-oriented agent systems.
  • Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of deployed AI modules.
  • Participate in technical discussions with European clients and international teams (full communication in English).
Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Machine Learning / Deep Learning
  • Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • AI-driven Automation or Recommendation Systems
  • Understanding of reasoning, planning, representation learning, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Python, familiar with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Open-minded, curious, and passionate about exploring new technologies.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, especially in the field of Agentic AI.
