JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Student Consultation & Enrollment:
● Assist students through the enrollment process, addressing queries on programs, fees, and schedules.
● Follow up with prospective students to facilitate enrollment.
2. Student Support & Record Management:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our system.
● Ensure all enrollment documents are complete and correct before courses commence.
● Support students throughout their learning journey to enhance their overall experience.
3. Collaboration & Contribution:
● Collaborate closely with other departments (Teachers, Student Care, Marketing) to enhance service quality.
● Participate in enrollment events and promotional activities.
● Report on work performance and recommend improvements for better recruitment outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in student admissions or customer service (preferred).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FS systems is a plus
