Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager is located in Quận 3. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing relationships with institutions, and ensuring compliance with international education standards. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and interviewing candidates, liaising with educational institutions, organizing recruitment events, and leveraging digital tools for efficient recruitment operations. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with the global team to support student aspirations and institutional needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Skills in Strategic Planning, Relationship Management, and Networking
  • Understanding of International Education Standards and Compliance
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools, Data Analysis, and Recruitment Software
  • Strong Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
