Senior Business Analyst.

Experience : 6+ years

Type : Contract - 1 year (potential to extend)

Essential Capabilities

• Communication:
  Ability to convey insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Analysis:
  Interpret data, workflows, and patterns to identify improvements.
• Process Improvement:
  Lead automation, tool consolidation, and operational efficiencies.
• Business Case Development:
  Build cost models and support BAU and project initiatives.
• Performance Metrics:
  Track delivery performance against targets.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Ensure initiatives support organisational goals.
• Project Understanding:
  Apply knowledge of project management principles.
• Reporting:
  Extract and analyse data for reporting and dashboards.

Experience Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business levels.
• Experience gathering requirements, identifying stakeholders, and supporting acceptance/testing.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience working across multiple technology platforms and environments.
• Familiarity with management of work items and documentation (e.g., Rally).
