II. Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-organised
Project Coordinator
to support key initiatives across business operations. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting product development and rollout, and contributing to various business operations. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

III. Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Coordination

  • Develop innovative ideas and implementation plans for assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

2. Product Development & Rollout

  • Support product development activities including testing, monitoring, and feedback collection.
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive product or feature rollout.

3. Business Operations Support

  • Provide operational support to designated departments as required.
  • Contribute to Business Operations functions including:
  • Benefits, Station, Airport & other Operations
  • Vertical Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Regulatory Reporting and Partnerships

IV. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Driver Management, or Operations Management.
  • Strong skills in project management, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
