Role Overview

You will manage a trading book with allocated fund capital under a defined
risk and performance limit

, executing
long/short

,
buy-and-hold

, and
event-driven

strategies across spot, futures, and options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage positions based on internal research or self-developed theses.
  • Identify
    high-alpha opportunities

from technical setups, narrative catalysts, or market structure.
- Manage risk, PnL, and exposure according to the fund's framework.
- Collaborate with analysts to validate trade ideas and generate structured strategies.
- Maintain daily/weekly trade logs, post-trade analysis, and performance metrics.
- Use both
discretionary

and
systematic

approaches to trading.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    crypto or derivatives trading

(CEX/DEX, perpetuals, options).
- Deep understanding of
market structure

, liquidity, funding, and volatility dynamics.
- Ability to articulate trade ideas, manage risk, and remain disciplined under pressure.
- Strong command of
technical analysis

, and familiarity with on-chain and sentiment data.
- Experience running a personal or institutional book preferred.
- Programming or backtesting experience (Python, Pinescript) is a plus.
