IT Manager chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về chiến lược, quản trị và vận hành CNTT của doanh nghiệp, đảm bảo hệ thống thông tin luôn an toàn, ổn định, hỗ trợ tối đa cho mục tiêu kinh doanh và chương trình chuyển đổi số.

  1. NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

1.1. Chiến lược & quản trị CNTT

  • Xây dựng, cập nhật chiến lược CNTT trung – dài hạn phù hợp chiến lược kinh doanh.

  • Đề xuất kiến trúc CNTT tổng thể (hạ tầng, ứng dụng, dữ liệu, bảo mật, cloud).

  • Xây dựng roadmap chuyển đổi số, danh mục và ưu tiên các dự án CNTT.

  • Ban hành quy trình, chính sách, tiêu chuẩn quản trị CNTT (IT Governance).

1.2. Quản lý hạ tầng & vận hành hệ thống

  • Quản lý hạ tầng datacenter, server, network, cloud, thiết bị người dùng; đảm bảo SLA/uptime.

  • Tổ chức vận hành, giám sát, bảo trì, nâng cấp hệ thống; tối ưu hiệu năng và chi phí.

  • Quản lý backup, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity; kiểm thử khôi phục định kỳ.

1.3. Bảo mật & quản trị rủi ro CNTT

  • Xây dựng, triển khai chính sách an toàn thông tin và các quy trình bảo mật.

  • Quản lý các giải pháp bảo mật (firewall, endpoint, IAM/SSO, DLP, SIEM/XDR…).

  • Đánh giá rủi ro CNTT, tổ chức kiểm soát, audit định kỳ; điều phối xử lý sự cố an ninh.

1.4. Quản lý ứng dụng & dữ liệu

  • Quản lý vòng đời hệ thống ứng dụng ERP/CRM/HRM, ứng dụng nội bộ và khách hàng.

  • Định hướng kiến trúc tích hợp hệ thống, quản trị dữ liệu và báo cáo quản trị/BI.

  • Dẫn dắt các sáng kiến số hóa quy trình, tự động hóa và trải nghiệm số.

1.5. Quản lý dịch vụ IT & hỗ trợ người dùng

  • Tổ chức Service Desk/Helpdesk, chuẩn hóa quy trình Incident/Request/Change/Problem.

  • Theo dõi mức độ hài lòng người dùng, liên tục cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ CNTT.

  • Xây dựng dashboard, báo cáo vận hành hệ thống và dịch vụ định kỳ.

1.6. Quản lý nhân sự, ngân sách & nhà cung cấp CNTT

  • Xây dựng cơ cấu, mô tả công việc, KPI phòng CNTT; tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ.

  • Lập và quản lý ngân sách CNTT (CAPEX/OPEX); theo dõi chi phí, tối ưu TCO/ROI.

  • Lựa chọn, đàm phán, đánh giá nhà cung cấp giải pháp/dịch vụ CNTT; quản lý hợp đồng, SLA.

1.7. Tư vấn & báo cáo cho Ban lãnh đạo

  • Cố vấn về xu hướng công nghệ, đề xuất giải pháp hỗ trợ chiến lược kinh doanh.

  • Báo cáo định kỳ về trạng thái hệ thống, an toàn thông tin, tiến độ dự án, hiệu quả đầu tư CNTT.

  • Truyền thông nội bộ về chính sách CNTT, chương trình chuyển đổi số.

2. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

2.1. Trình độ & kinh nghiệm

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành CNTT/Hệ thống thông tin hoặc liên quan; ưu tiên Thạc sĩ/MBA.

  • Tối thiểu 7–10 năm kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực CNTT; ít nhất 3–5 năm ở vị trí quản lý (IT

Manager/Head of IT…).

  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án CNTT quy mô enterprise (ERP/CRM, cloud, security, chuyển đổi số).

2.2. Kiến thức & kỹ năng

  • Nắm vững kiến trúc hạ tầng, ứng dụng doanh nghiệp, an toàn thông tin, cloud, quản trị dữ liệu.

  • Am hiểu ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 hoặc các chuẩn/best practice tương đương.

  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội ngũ, quản lý dự án, giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt.

  • Tiếng Anh khá trở lên (đọc hiểu tài liệu, trao đổi với đối tác/nhà cung cấp).

2.3. Chứng chỉ ưu tiên

  • ITIL, PMP/Prince2/Agile, các chứng chỉ bảo mật (CISSP/CISM/CEH…) hoặc cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
