I. Scope of work

  1. Closely monitor and manage the execution of landscape works and

individual team members performance, and ensure proper documentation

of all tasks.

  1. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and

effective work

  1. Specific research subject reports include plant suitability, high-quality

transplantation, improvement of flowering plant blooms, and effective aquatic plant water purification trials, etc.

  1. Report (daily, weekly and monthly) to Department Head and/or BOD Routine basis

  2. Conduct knowledge sharing and staff training Routine basis

  3. Receive and conduct task assignments and any instructions from the Department Head and/or BOD

: Workplace: The candidate will be working on the Hong Hac Project in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh (near Hanoi). The company provides a shuttle bus service to transport employees

Working time: Mon-Fri

II. Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required;

  • Preferred majors: Forestry, Agriculture, or any other related field (Accept the candidate who graduated from another field but still can prove that he/she has sufficient knowledge, experience, and capability).

Experience

  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in landscape or facility management. Candidate work in Property, Hospitality filed,..

  • Ever lead a team of more than 5 people and manage contractors

  • Experience in landscape management for a theme park, residential area, or community management is a plus

Specialized skills

  • Sufficient knowledge of botany and related engineering approaches;

  • A good understanding of the laws and regulations in the landscape, environmental, and other related fields;

  • Good writing skills for making various reports, tables & forms, checklists, etc.

Soft skills

  • Proficient in MS Office ;

  • AutoCAD (must be able to understand the design drawings) is a plus;

  • Good leadership, management, and communication skills;

  • Open-minded, integrity, self-learner, and no hesitation to explore new things

  • Communicable English is a plus
