POSITION:
 Credit Analyst – Night Shift

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Conduct in-depth credit reviews, analyzing net income, debt service coverage, bank transactions, financial history, and projections including earnings, depreciation, and EBITDA.
  • Prepare Credit Approval Memorandums for underwriting commercial equipment finance agreements and leases.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on creditworthiness and transaction
  • Complete security perfection searches and Suits, Liens, and Judgements searches to ensure collateral security
  • Research and validate equipment value through online
  • Pull and analyze personal credit and Paynet
  • Collaborate extensively with Sales Coordinators and the SVP
  • Ensure accurate completion of credit approval requirements prior to funding transactions.
  • Mentor and train junior credit analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and risk minimization.
  • Embrace a mindset of change, focusing on enhancing underwriting quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AI technologies and ChatGPT is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively.
