MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆCXây nền tảng & hệ thống Airline Services cho MSA· Xây dựng bộ hồ sơ "Airline-Ready": Company Profile, SOP, KPI/SLA, Safety & Quality package.· Chuẩn hóa quy trình cho các dịch vụ· Tham gia xây dựng chiến lược mở rộng mạng lưới Airline partners.Phát triển kinh doanh với Hãng hàng không· Lập danh sách airlines mục tiêu và chiến lược tiếp cận.· Tiếp cận đúng decision maker tại Head Office/Region (Ops, Commercial, Procurement).· Gửi proposal, thuyết trình trực tiếp hoặc online với đối tác quốc tế.· Đàm phán hợp đồng: scope, SLA, pricing, compliance, penalty.Triển khai & giám sát vận hành hợp đồng airlines· Đóng vai trò trung gian giữa Airline – MSA – Handling Agent – Airport Authorities.· Chuẩn bị cho airline audit & inspection.· Giám sát giai đoạn start-up flights & seasonal operations.· Xây dựng quy trình phối hợp nội bộ cho từng airline contract.Xây dựng năng lực nội bộ· Training đội vận hành (Ops team) về quy trình airline services.· Huấn luyện đội Sales về cách làm việc với Airlines.· Chuẩn bị pipeline và báo cáo định kỳ cho CEO.III. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊNKiến thức & kinh nghiệm· Tối thiểu 5–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành hàng không.· Ưu tiên ứng viên:o Từng làm việc cấp quản lý.o Tham gia process startup flights / seasonal flights.o Am hiểu permit, giấy tờ, thủ tục hành chính Hãng hàng không.o Hiểu ICAO/IATA, safety & compliance trong airline operations.Kỹ năng· Kỹ năng đàm phán và làm việc với cấp quản lý Hãng.· Khả năng viết proposal & bật pitch deck chuyên nghiệp.· Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (email + họp online/offline quốc tế).· Năng lực xây SOP, kế hoạch nhân sự, kế hoạch khai thác.Tính cách & phẩm chất· Cực kỳ cẩn thận, có tư duy vận hành & an toàn.· Nhiệt huyết xây dựng từ con số 0.· Kiên trì, chịu được chu kỳ sales dài 6–18 tháng của Hãng hàng không.· Có network ngành, uy tín cá nhân tốt.IV. JOB DESCRIPTION· Act as the representative of the airline and aircraft owner at the airport throughout the arrival and departure of flights.· Coordinate with ground handling units, security, customs, immigration, and quarantine authorities to ensure flight operations proceed according to plan.· Monitor and supervise baggage, cargo, and passenger loading in accordance with the manifest and operational requirements.· Promptly report any irregularities during the flight operation to the airline/aircraft owner and the company's operations team.· Support documentation procedures including slot coordination, landing permits, fee schedules, flight plans, flight security, etc.· Serve as the main coordinator at the airport for charter flights, VIP flights, private jets, or new commercial routes.· Guide, supervise, and inspect services provided under the contract between the airline and the airport.II. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS· Male/Female, aged 20–35, well-groomed appearance, with professional communication skills.· Basic knowledge and strong passion for the aviation industry.· Final-year college/university students or graduates in fields such as Aviation, Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Tourism, or Transportation.· TOEIC score > 700. Strong English skills in both spoken communication and professional email writing.· Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and irregular days off.· Ability to work independently, handle situations effectively, be proactive and trustworthy.· Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the aviation industry or those who have worked at airports.III.
