The Role: Growth Specialist

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and data-driven
Growth Specialist
to expand FluentJoy's reach across social media, influencer ecosystems, community channels, and messaging groups. Your goal will be to accelerate user growth and engagement without relying on paid advertising.

You'll be experimenting constantly: launching new social content loops, building influencer relationships, nurturing community groups, and designing shareable moments that spread naturally. You should thrive in fast iteration, rapid testing, and community-first thinking.

This is a full-time, on-site role in
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

(Only candidates currently based in Ho Chi Minh City will be considered.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow FluentJoy's presence across organic platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and WhatsApp/Telegram/FB Groups.
  • Identify and collaborate with creators, micro-influencers, and niche community leaders to expand reach and credibility.
  • Build and nurture user communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, WhatsApp channels) to increase engagement and retention.
  • Create and execute low-cost content experiments aimed at increasing shares, comments, and viral loops.
  • Track performance of posts, creator partnerships, referral behaviors, and social growth trends.
  • Monitor trends, new platform features, and cultural moments to proactively launch timely content and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    organic growth
    , community building, influencer outreach, or social media growth.
  • Demonstrated success scaling one or more platforms (TikTok, YouTube, IG, Facebook groups, etc.).
  • Strong English communication skills (written + spoken).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and adjust strategies quickly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable driving initiatives independently.
  • A natural creative instinct for what captures attention and what spreads.

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling communities or fan bases in education, consumer apps, or lifestyle products.
  • Familiarity with short-form video creation tools (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere).
  • Experience organizing influencer collaborations.
  • Interest in language learning, personal growth, or digital content.
