PURPOSE

-   Deliver expertise claims through Claims process in term of effectively and customer-centricity

-   Contribute ideas to revise procedure, forms, communications of Claims;

-   Train new claim processing staff

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

-   Raise IT requirements and handle UAT to launch new claim systems/ processes/ products as well as to enhance current ones to be more effective.

-   Handle and raise IT requirements enhance/develop regular/ad hoc reports to accurately reflex claim performance, trends, impacts, issues.

-   Coordinate TPA & FWD claim team to build, to enhance and to fix error of MR/MC claim systems & processes.

-   Coordinate TPA & FWD claim team to enhance and to fix error of HS claim systems & processes.

-   Reconcile monthly claim production with FIN reports.

-   Train new claim processing staff to handle claim reports, monthly reconciliations & system UATs.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

-   University Graduate in Economics, Finance or Information Technology is preferable.

-   LOMA certificate is preferable.

-   3 year experience in claims field at Life Insurance Company is preferable.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

-   Good command of English and Vietnamese.

-   Knowledgeable in computer software and system usage.

-   Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit.

-   Well organized and good time management.

-   Pro-active, innovative, integrity, meticulous and diligent.

-   Able to work under high pressures.
