PURPOSE

  • Compose all manual claim letters within TAT following claim procedure.
  • Handle call & task to support Claim KPI as TAT target, NPS, Digitalization
  • Control the transferring claim documents from TPA to FWD being fully.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

  • Reply & explain all calls/emails relating to Claim Dept. in accordance with the Company principles and guideline, especially claim decline cases.
  • Draft all manual letter including declined letter, minor claim letter and major claim letter to ensure within TAT.
  • Handle all admin tasks relating to claim process (register, corresponding, payment, documented storage …).
  • Handle call & task to support Claim KPI as TAT target, NPS, Digitalization
  • Support some tasks to other Department as assigned from Claim Manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • University Graduate; Economics, Finance or Medical University is preferable;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Life Insurance.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Good command of English and Vietnamese.
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and good teamwork spirit.
  • Customer Service Mindset.
  • Well organized and good time management.
  • Pro-active, innovative, integrity, meticulous and diligent.
  • Able to works under high pressures.
