1. Mô tả công việc

  • Nghiên cứu, phát triển và tối ưu hóa các mô hình Xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (NLP) như

phân tích ngữ nghĩa, tóm tắt văn bản, phân loại cảm xúc, trích xuất thực thể, hỏi đáp,

và sinh ngôn ngữ tự động.

  • Thiết kế, huấn luyện và tinh chỉnh các mô hình Large Language Models (LLM),

Transformer, BERT/GPT, và embedding models phục vụ các sản phẩm ngôn ngữ

tiếng Việt.

  • Xây dựng pipeline xử lý dữ liệu văn bản: thu thập, làm sạch, gán nhãn, đánh giá dữ

liệu ngôn ngữ.

  • Ứng dụng và triển khai các mô hình NLP trong thực tế: chatbot, trợ lý ảo, phân tích

văn bản, hoặc hệ thống gợi ý.

  • Tối ưu hóa mô hình trên các nền tảng Cloud AI, GPU hoặc Edge AI, đảm bảo hiệu

suất và tốc độ xử lý.

  • Cập nhật, nghiên cứu và áp dụng các công nghệ, thuật toán NLP mới.
  • Hợp tác với nhóm phát triển phần mềm và sản phẩm để tích hợp AI vào hệ thống.

Viết tài liệu kỹ thuật và báo cáo kết quả nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm.

2. Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính, Trí tuệ nhân tạo, Khoa

học dữ liệu hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

  • Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực NLP, Machine Learning hoặc Deep

Learning.

  • Thành thạo Python, hiểu rõ các thư viện PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face,

Langchain.

  • Có kinh nghiệm fine-tune mô hình ngôn ngữ, xử lý văn bản, tokenization, và tối ưu

hóa hiệu suất mô hình.

  • Hiểu biết về LLM, Transformer, BERT/GPT, Embedding, Prompt Engineering.
  • Kỹ năng tư duy logic, giải quyết vấn đề, khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt.

3. Ưu tiên ứng viên

  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai chatbot, semantic search, text generation hoặc các ứng

dụng NLP thực tế.

  • Kinh nghiệm xây dựng pipeline MLOps hoặc triển khai mô hình NLP trên môi trường

sản xuất.
