What you'll do:

As Senior Manager Order to Cash Transformation based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be instrumental in shaping the future state of business operations by leading transformative initiatives that streamline order to cash processes. • Lead the regional deployment of global process transformation initiatives including S/4HANA implementation by partnering with cross-functional teams to align process, data, and system readiness.

• Facilitate fit/gap analysis against global templates to protect core system integrity while identifying localisation requirements that balance simplicity with regional needs.

• Maintain comprehensive process documentation including process maps and standard operating procedures in collaboration with both regional teams and global process owners.

• Project management experience coupled with hands-on involvement in training delivery or content development for large-scale transformations is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems (especially SAP S/4HANA), with additional knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and Power BI considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in PC skills including Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills enabling clear articulation of business concepts across diverse audiences.
