Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Execution (55%)

  • Build annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans for the team.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct meetings, present services, and convert leads into clients.
  • Negotiate, draft, and sign contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and meet revenue targets.

2. Client Service (35%)

  • Monitor campaign schedules to ensure accuracy and fulfillment.
  • Provide reports and contract closure documentation; conduct site checks when needed.
  • Manage contracts, receivables, and ensure timely payments.
  • Resolve client requests promptly during execution.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to secure renewals.

3. Team Management (10%)

  • Supervise sales performance and track revenue progress.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Ensure tasks and projects are completed successfully.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Communications.

Experience

  • At least 5 years in sales, preferably in OOH/DOOH advertising.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of advertising, media, and OOH/DOOH
    (including Programmatic DOOH).
  • Strong sales and client service skills.
  • Team management and leadership abilities.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Persistent and proactive, able to work under pressure.
