We're looking for a Senior BA who thrives on translating visionary ideas into structured, actionable product requirements. What You'll Do

  • Lead the discovery, analysis, and documentation of requirements from diverse stakeholders (government agencies, tourism groups, and enterprises).
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, user stories, use cases, and business process flows for the National Tourism Platform.
  • Translate certification criteria and tiered benefits into precise, actionable technical requirements.
  • Work closely with Solution Architect and UX/UI Lead to ensure feasibility, usability, and business impact.
  • Mentor and manage a junior BA, ensuring consistency and quality in all documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and sprint planning sessions to align teams around shared product goals.
  • Serve as the bridge between business and tech, clarifying business logic and priorities throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years at Senior or Lead level.
  • Strong background in enterprise-scale systems, data platforms, or complex web applications.
  • Proven ability to write clear, detailed user stories, functional specs, and process models.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you can align diverse stakeholders with confidence.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance, API ecosystems, or BI products.
  • Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, or other process modeling tools.
  • CBAP or equivalent certification.
