We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our delivery team in Ho Chi Minh City. This

role is ideal for candidates who have 1 year of experience in IT project management,

and wish to grow into a professional Senior Project Manager role.

  • You will work closely with senior managers and clients to support project planning, execution,
  • and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end software project delivery, from requirement clarification to
  • deployment.
  • Support the Project Manager in planning project scope, schedule, resources, and risk
  • management.
  • Coordinate daily project activities and track progress to ensure deliverables meet timelines and
  • quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and align expectations.
  • Prepare project documentation: status reports, meeting minutes, change requests, etc.
  • Participate in team meetings, provide support to technical teams (developers, testers, BAs).
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer project management processes.
  • Continuously learn and improve project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Job qualifications

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ year of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • English: Good at both written and verbal communication (IELTS 6.5+)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum project management.
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Redmine, MS Project).
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with international clients.
